The things people ask before they commit to a plan.

Because a class pack has no destination. The curriculum is built in order — module four assumes you did module three — so we sell the stretch of the path you are committing to, not a number of visits.

You can move up at any point and pay only the difference between the two plans. Moving up mid-plan is common: plenty of people start on Foundation, find their feet faster than expected, and continue straight into Deepening.

Yes. The price shown is the monthly equivalent, and that is exactly what you pay each month for the length of the plan. The total is there so you can see the whole commitment before you start.

Private sessions can be rescheduled with 12 hours notice. Group sessions run to a fixed weekly slot, but you get the recording and your teacher will catch you up at the start of the next one.

No. The same twelve modules, in the same order, with the same outcomes. In-person sessions add hands-on adjustment and studio props; online sessions add recordings you can revisit.
